“While considering listing my home in Aurora, I was searching for property in the Collingwood area. I came across new developments and sent an email for further information. It was my good fortune to receive a prompt response from Trish, who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions on different developments in the area. I was not ready to buy at that time and I was not sure if I wanted to purchase new. I also was not familiar with the area at all. Trish understood my reservations and advised that she would be available to answer any questions. I continued to email Trish on a regular basis with many questions about the area, the resales, and the new developments. Trish always responded promptly and informatively, and with great humour. I listed my home and sold sooner than expected. I had one and a half months to close, which meant I needed to somewhere to go asap. At this time, Trish was invaluable to me.
