You can still find some beautiful homes, but depending on your price point these single detached properties may realistically, be a bit out of reach.

A family-friendly neighborhood known for its quiet streets and well-maintained homes and the first community in Collingwood built with the ENERGY STAR® certification. The community of Georgian Meadows offers more of a suburban family feel.
